6. Refunds and cancellation
Because these are professional services involving time and custom work, refunds are generally not available after substantive work has begun. If Wrenchline cannot deliver the purchased service, the matter will be resolved appropriately, including a refund where required. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
7. Intellectual property
After full payment, the client may use the final client-specific deliverables prepared for that engagement for its own business. Wrenchline retains ownership of its general methods, processes, templates, frameworks, know-how, and reusable materials that are not unique client content.
8. Third-party implementation
Unless a purchased service specifically includes implementation, recommendations may need to be implemented by the client or a third-party designer, developer, hosting provider, advertising platform, or other vendor. Wrenchline is not responsible for third-party systems, outages, platform changes, or work performed by third parties.
9. Website use and privacy

10. Limitation
